We are a UK Charitable Organisation (CIO - Foundation, registration pending) that provides education, training, and mentoring programs and activities and all the necessary support designed to promote diversity and equality of opportunity for people who are under-represented in Digital Technology or STEM industry roles.
As of 2025, women make up about 26% of the tech workforce in the UK. This means that for every women in the tech industry, there are roughly three men.
The Mentoring Hub's services can play a crucial role in helping more women and other people who are under-represented enter and thrive in the tech industry, by supporting them into employment or advancement in their careers.
The Mentoring Hub supports its beneficiaries by providing services for its sponsors, in particular, but not exclusively through structured mentoring, career and technical advisory services, and essential and technical skills development.
In addition, it carries out general advocacy in Digital Technology and STEM industries to raise awareness, promote and advance diversity and equality of opportunity.
It also undertakes and promotes research into the under-representation of people from particular ethnic or racial origins, or those discriminated against on the grounds of age, sex or sexual orientation.
It disseminates the useful results, including best practices to remove barriers to inclusion and routes to empowerment.
