Why is The Mentoring Hub needed?

As of 2025, for every women in UK Tech, there are four men. But together we're rewriting this story.

The Mentoring Hub's services can play a crucial role in helping more women and other people who are under-represented enter and thrive in the tech industry, by building confidence through mentorship and creating lasting connections, which can support personal and career growth.
